FDC was formed by El Paso natives, Joey Cazares and Hector Saenz,as an avenue to bring their culinary expertise and an organic / sustainable / regional philosophy to their border home. Joey has spent years developing his skills in El Paso’s top restaurants, ranging from casual to fine dining to corporate events. During this time, Hector was living in Germany, working as a chef across the country, from Bavaria to Berlin. After a successful collaboration between the two in Hamburg, they returned with a broadminded vision for El Paso and its culinary future.
